I had an amazing time skiing right outside the hotel. The ski renting and storage service within the building was convenient, and the personnel were very friendly. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious, and the room was clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing.

The hotel is located in front of Telesilla Urbano. Balcony was a nice surprise. We would recommend this property. Free Wi Fi was available.

The bathroom was absolutely amazing! I felt pampered with the rain-fall shower, spa bath, and the luxurious Natura Bissé toiletries. The bathrobes and slippers provided by Maribel added a touch of opulence to my stay. It was like having my own personal spa retreat!

While I enjoyed everything about my stay at Hotel Maribel, the only slight downside for me was the size of the room. As a solo traveler, it didn't bother me much, but it might feel a bit cramped for larger groups or families.

the room was burnning hot with no temprature in the room, the spa is expensive and therefor not really an option for a family experience

We were lucky as we were able to park outside the Hotel due to the lateness of the season.The terrace was a lovely place to relax , have a few drinks and a good chat with friends

The hotel was fine but there needs to be a sign earlier to find the Hotel as both myself and friends went to the first parking place at the bottom and looked and looked for signs. In the end we asked at the Tourist Information Office and were told we needed to go right to the top of the village. Also I changed my room to a room for 3 on the Internet and they still had the reservation for a room for 4 and I think they charged me for this.

Ski-in/ski-out convenience, excellent dinner and breakfast, clean room with outdated furniture, friendly ski rental/storage personnel, loud A/C unit at night.

Loved the ski in and out facility, it was so convenient to hit the slopes right from the hotel. The ski room staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great day on the slopes. Another great aspect was the location, with stunning views of the mountains and just a short walk to the chair lift down to the village.

A couple of things could have been better. there was no kettle in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for making hot drinks.

The convenience to the ski slopes

The Hotel has a very old boiler system which you can hear through most of the hotel 24/7, some rooms more than more (308)... however the hotel were very accommodating in moving us to a less effected room. Breakfast was good, however diner was exceedingly poor.... my recommendation is ... dont eat there! Nevertheless, I think it is one of the better hotels in Sierra Nevada.

The rooms were very well laid out and contained all you need for a stay, Breakfast was perfectly acceptable with a good selection of fruits, meats, cereals and breads along with a cooked option. Bar prices perfectly acceptable and not as expensive as one might have thought were. e did not eat there in the evenings so have no view.

I have only two negative comment about the hotel: It was too hot by far in all areas which made it a little uncomfortable. And, if you wanted to go to the resort centre in the evenings it meant a lung bursting hike back up the hill. I would have thought there were enough small hotels around to run a courtesy bus

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay super enjoyable. The balcony had a jaw-dropping view of the pistes and was perfect for people watching. The sitting room had a lovely ambience and the restaurant served great food. The hotel was clean and well run, and the breakfast was substantial with everything you could want. The reception staff were polite and informative. a fantastic experience!

The excellent location of the hotell, just off the slopes (no need to walk more than a few meters), and within easy reach of the rest of the village. Nice two storey family room with great views and enough space for four persons.

The food (particularly dinner) was not at all up to four star hotel standards. It is very convenient to have half board accommodation, but we found the evening meal/dinner rather disappointing - fish not entirely fresh, fatty pieces of meat, not much variation, etc...

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right on the slopes, so you can easily ski in and ski out without any hassle. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. They even offer free rides and pick-ups to the plaza, which was very convenient for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with stunning mountain views. The restaurant is fantastic, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. I had such a warm and unforgettable experience here.

I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Spacious room, revived a family room when we only booked a twin. Fabulous views, skied straight into the slopes.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing, poor quality and portion sizes for the money.
